Features

Oxyrust is the rust effect paint that allows making wonderful vertical surfaces identical in appearance to rusted panels of corten steel.

Oxyzinc is the decorative painting that allows making walls similar in esthetic and visual result to galvanized steel panels.

The advantage of using corten effect paint and zinc effect paint in place of the traditional corten steel or galvanized steel plates is the significant savings on the cost of the material and installation. The times of execution of a wall with corten effect or zinc effect paint are much faster, and some problems are avoided, such as unattractive streaks that characterize corten steel plates exposed to atmospheric agents.

In addition, with corten paint it is possible create a rust effect also on non-metallic materials, such as wood, plastic or plaster, which, with their chemical and physical characteristics, cannot undergo the oxidation process.

The zinc effect and rust effect paint are spread like normal decorative painting, applying two coats with a brush, roller or spatula. The surface is then refinished by spraying an activator and an oxidant non-uniformly to create a more realistic and natural appearance.

The zinc and rust effect paint are applied to the wall and can be used either for interiors or exteriors. The paint can be fortified with a protectant that makes it resistant to atmospheric agents and to soil.

Fields of application of corten paint and zinc effect paint
Rust effect and zinc effect paint are applied on vertical surfaces of drywall, masonry, metal, wood and plastic, in public facilities, private residences, lofts, public sites, shops, showrooms, restaurants, discotheques, pubs, hotels, shopping centers, and exposition and trade show pavilions.
