OVERLAY

1. Application of CEMENT PRIMER on existing surface, tiled floor or concrete slab (if it is not coarse, it must be scarified) or SKYPRIMER on difficult supports.
2. Laying of colored PAVILUX® OVERLAY thick from 1 to 2,5 cm.
3. Surface smoothing with blue steel float and Isoplam® power trowel.
4. Concrete polishing after approx 30 days cure time with METALLIC WAX or PLAM POLY WAX.

PLAM STAMPABLE OVERLAY

1. a - Application of CEMENT PRIMER on existing surface (tiled floor or concrete slab). The concrete slab, if not coarse, must be scarified.
2. a - Laying of PLAM OVERLAY grigio naturale + colored PLAM HARDENING thick from 2 to 6 cm and smoothing.
3. a - Application of PLAM RELE colored release agent.
4. a - Stamping and finishing with Isoplam® tools.
5. a - Washing of the surface with Isoplam® cleansers and application of protective sealer PLAM SEALING/L.

Features

This is an exceptional concrete mix, able to ensure great hardness and stability in minimal thickness.

The compound for concrete aggregate prepared by the Isoplam® research laboratories is a careful selection of silica sand and purest German quartz mix with a balanced granulometric curve, with special super-fluidifying additives, fibers and inorganic pigments.

The concrete aggregate is an extremely versatile solution. It is used to make new flooring in Liberty style concrete or for renew old floors. You can install concrete flooring aggregate indoors or outdoors. Concrete aggregate can be used to pave either residential or industrial environments. Furthermore, by polishing the surface, an elegant finish can be obtained similar to Venetian terrazzo.
